The foundation constitution provides for trustees, regular meetings, and replacement processes that keep leadership accountable and the mission protected over time.
Trustees are selected by members through a two-thirds majority vote, reinforcing collective ownership of the organisation.
The constitution allows between 2 and 15 trustees, with vacancies filled through an eligible appointment process when needed.
Monthly general meetings, annual general meetings, executive committee meetings, and emergency meetings all support effective administration.
